I enjoy its froth mechanism! Unfortunately the part that makes the coffee is not working.

Horrible machine

I hate this machine. Took me 8 tries to get first cup out of the box. Not a good start to an expensive machine. Probably stuck with it now but I will definitely NOT buy another one👎🏻

Pretty poor experience

I have found that the frother hardly ever produces anything but water until I have ran it several times. I took the frother apart many times to see if it would work better nothing fixed the issue.

Water leakage since the very beginning
