I have used this brush head for only 2 weeks

Do not buy them. Bristles falling out, getting stuck between teeth and in throat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not clean my teeth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The diamond clean head does not clean my teeth as thoroughly as my previous philips head did. It is much smaller in size as well
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I opened a new package and was using the brush for the first time when some of the bristles came out, while I was using it, I checked and there were maybe 3 to 5 that had come out. I have used the same head a couple of time since, without any issues.
