Beautiful and Engaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is enthralled by this Barbie mermaid. She has several Barbie mermaids, but this one is keeping her interest far more than the other ones. I have not tried it in water like her other mermaids, but the flower blooming mechanism works very well when dry. It’s very clever. It’s hard to see in pictures, but there are four flowers that fold up and pull into small gaps in her top and tail, and then “bloom” back out when you activate them from a hard flower on the back. Great toy!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Swim with Barbie!

Adorable mermaid with interactive “flower growing” feature. Barbie had a great time during the girls first pool day of the season.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was so excited to receive the Barbie Flower Magic Mermaid, and overall, it’s been a fun and engaging toy—especially for bath and pool play! The Barbie’s hair and face are beautiful, and the vibrant colors really stand out. One of the biggest highlights was opening and closing the flower details—my daughter loved the interactive element, and the flowers add a delightful pop of color and magic.
That said, one drawback is that the Barbie's body doesn’t bend at all—she stays completely straight, which makes posing and certain types of play a bit more limited. Also, after repeated use, the flowers started to look a little worn from being opened and closed so many times. They’ve still held up okay, but I’m not sure how durable they’ll be in the long run.
Despite those minor issues, this Barbie has brought a lot of joy and imaginative play. If your child enjoys mermaids, water play, and a bit of magic, this one is worth considering—even if it might not be the most durable option over time.

Flowering fun

Mermaids are there favorite so this doll provided loads of fun. They liked adding the flowers to the playtime. The flowers dried quickly after getting wet. Great to take In the pool or bathtub.

Creative new type of Barbie!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super cute, but different Barbie mermaid! My daughter absolutely loves this mermaid. The flowers can “bloom” over and over again so it’s something that she can keep enjoying vs a one time surprise. The Barbie itself is well made and very pretty!

Swimming with The Flower Magic Barbie

Spent a few hours doing her hair and winding the Magic Flower turner on the back. This was great at bathtime as Flower Magic Mermaid joined in. Swimming away in the tub with my daughter. This will be one we take on vacations. Hours of fun...
