[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new Ken doll goes great with the beach barbies. He is well made and has on viberant clothing with some white shoes similar to Hey Dudes. He is dressed like he is beach ready. Also included in this set is some neat accessories to go with ken.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter had never received a Ken doll before receiving this one. She was so excited to play with him. The colors are bright and fun. The body definition on the doll is age-appropriate, leaving no cause for concern.

Beach Ken is a great addition!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was incredibly excited to add Ken to her collection and the Barbie Mysteries Beach Detective Ken did not disappoint! She raved over his apron and popsicle accessories and loved adding a “dad” so her Dad could play with her! The popsicles were a little hard to attach to Ken, but they work perfectly with other Barbies. The hotdog appears to clip into something that isn’t included in the set but she loved it just the same. She gave this set a 10/10 as it fit perfectly with other Barbie products she owns.

Details that stand out with the mouth also the eyebrows. I really liked that the accessories that it includes can also be used on other dolls.
On the subject of packaging. I would have liked the apron not to put it that way. When I took it out, it hurt a little.

Beach boy ken my new friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My grand daughter received Beach Detective Ken. She truly enjoyed his features. Ken was tall, his arms was movable. The clothing was bright. He had shorts with pretty pink flowers and a bright pink shirt. He came with accessories such as a pretzel, two popsicle ice cream, apron, and a hot dog on a plate. She was able to play with Ken in her room, outdoors and simply on the floor. She used Ken accessories with other products such as a table and another doll. Both dolls sat and ate ice cream together. Then she had Ken to take a ride in a boat with the other doll. Ken is able to sit in a full sitting position this allows him to sit at tables, in cars and boats. Ken holds his accessories. The only thing I disliked was ken was unable to bend his arms and knees.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter lived this doll. It was the perfect addition to her collection. Perfect for a six year old. Pieces were of average size for Barbie and Ken dolls. She has played with this almost everyday since receiving.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item was as to be expected from Mattel. It's your typical Ken doll. His head, arms and legs move. The doll comes with a few accessories, some of which are small. The recommended age of 3 is good but keep in mind the accessories are a choking hazard. The package is easy to open.

This version is sturdy and well built, the doll easily stands on his own and holds the cool summer accessories he came with easily as well. My child loves having him as part of her collection!
