Missing hardware- company refused to replace

I purchased this in the fall for beach trips this
Summer. When I unpacked it, I noticed all of the screws and bolts were missing from the package. When I emailed the company requesting another set of hardware, they would not correct their mistake and send replacements because the product’s 60’day warranty had expired. I made it clear that I was not looking for a refund- just for them to send the pieces that were missing. Very disappointed. I suggest purchasing a different brand.

Does not fold flat like

Does not fold flat like expected. Canopy is removable, but need screws to remove it. I wanted to be able to put the canopy on while out and about. How am I supposed to take the wagon somewhere with the bars sticking out so I can use the canopy when I use it at my destination?

needs better packaging

I like the size of the cart however it was a little bent when we got it out of the box. My mom ordered one and it was bent as well. Luckily we were able to fix it. I like the canopy and the zipper storage attachment.

Junk! The canvas insert that

Junk! The canvas insert that goes inside wagon came to us ripped at the seam. Called customer service and they were great. Was going to keep it and see the seam but then uses the wagon once on our city side walk and the wheel was bent and unusable. My husband/kids went on a walk had to walk home with a broken wagon

Nice little wagon!

This is a sturdy, convenient little wagon. It was easy to assemble. The canopy is great for keeping the shade off of my son while he rides. It is easy to use. I only have two complaints: the storage pouch in the back is attached by velcro, so I don't trust it to hold anything important or heavy; and the frame had some scratches and chips in the paint when it arrived - I am hoping those do not rust.
