I bought this sometime in August for the grandchildren, finally used it to take them to the L.A. Fair. They had a blast riding in it. The shade over head was great help for the most part. Rides smooth.

We used this to go to the beach and it want so compact and my toddler said it was comfortable. There was a slight rip in the fabric, but my MIL sewed it up and we were good to go.

Missing hardware- company refused to replace

I purchased this in the fall for beach trips this
Summer. When I unpacked it, I noticed all of the screws and bolts were missing from the package. When I emailed the company requesting another set of hardware, they would not correct their mistake and send replacements because the product’s 60’day warranty had expired. I made it clear that I was not looking for a refund- just for them to send the pieces that were missing. Very disappointed. I suggest purchasing a different brand.

Does not fold flat like

Does not fold flat like expected. Canopy is removable, but need screws to remove it. I wanted to be able to put the canopy on while out and about. How am I supposed to take the wagon somewhere with the bars sticking out so I can use the canopy when I use it at my destination?

needs better packaging

I like the size of the cart however it was a little bent when we got it out of the box. My mom ordered one and it was bent as well. Luckily we were able to fix it. I like the canopy and the zipper storage attachment.
