Do Not Buy

Any time you touch anywhere near the buds they disconnect phone call. Tried to use the app and it is useless.

Excellent Product Price Quality

I have it for already 3 days, and my impression is very nice. The bass quality, the noise cancelation, the comfort and ergonomics, very good for gym and sport.

The Buds are too large

The Buds will not stay in my ear. They are too large for me.

Surprisingly disappointed..

I bought these because I was in need of new headphones and I love JBL speakers. However, I’m surprisingly disappointed with the product. The sound quality is great but the tapping features to pause/play/skip etc do not work, I eventually give up and have to use my phone to do any of that. I also opted to customize the case and was surprisingly disappointed in that matter as well. There were warnings that colors might not be accurate to what’s on the screen when you submit but the colors aren’t an issue, it’s how grainy/pixelated everything is. On top of that, it looks sloppy. The sides of the case are scuffed up and there’s glue or something sticking out the top edges of the image.

Thanks for your feedback Regina, The haptic touch functionality of your JBL Vibe Buds can be customized using the JBL Headphones app. If you're experiencing issues with the touch controls, please verify the settings within the app. If the touch feature is configured correctly but still not working, we recommend following the troubleshooting steps by resetting the unit to factory default setting : With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue still persist contact our customer support.

Sound is good, but the rubber ear-inserts continually detach from the ear bud and remain in my ear.

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Vibe Buds, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Getting good Vibes from my Vibes!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are perry decent earbuds for the price. And as always with JBL products, the best thing about these earbuds is the sound quality!!! Excellent highs and very good bass, with nothing missing in between!! I use these at work and when doing chores around the house and rarely do i need to adjust the buds (from falling out). The charging case has no lid on it, but the magnets that hold the earbuds in the case for charging seem extra strong and i an not worrying about the buds falling out. Plus the edge of the case extends above where the earbuds sit so it will be real hard to knock out of the case. My one gripe would be the length of the charging cord. A couple more inches would be enough, but as it is now, the case doesn't sit flush on my counter when plugged in. Small gripe, but something i noticed right away and has stayed in my mind since. Charging is quick and the Bassey life seems long in my use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Addition to your tech products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Vibe Buds are a great pair of ear buds to add to your collection. They are small and sleek with a case that recharges your buds for you. They are dust and water resistant, which is amazing, since the wind is like no other here in Colorado. They also have the feature of having a Wi-Fi phone conversation. This hands free way of chatting it up is convenient and effective. The buds do cancel out background noise in order to have the conversation. The lack of one star is because these earbuds do not stay in my ears. They fall out if I move around too much.
I would recommend this to a friend!
