Earbuds fail to charge despite being clean and fairly brand new (purchased only a couple months or so ago)

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL Vibe Buds, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the charging issue still persist please contact our customer support.

Great quality good value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sound quality at a great price as you can expect from JBL the fitment is good works ok for light running case is very simple doesn’t have a lid which I wish they would have designed better but for the price these are great quality and sound for a vast genre of music

Really fun pair of earbuds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was not expecting such a fun product with these Vive Buds. The active listening features left me surprised and delighted. Pairing was automatic and quick out of the box, and the prompts to get the JBL accompanying app was fast, easy and fun to use. Sound quality is pretty banging and they are a decent fit in my ear. my only complaint is they are a little tough to get in and out of the charging case, otherwise a really great pair of earbuds.

Vibe Buds-Great sounding ear buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Vibe Buds are small. I wasn't sure if they would stay in place in my ear. I was wrong. These little, lightweight buds, once fitted with the correct size silicon tip, not only fit well but very comfortably. Almost unnoticeable unless you had something playing through them. The Vibe Buds, connected to my phone very fast and I was up and running. The sound from the buds was very crisp and had some very good low end, the true JBL sound, if you will. These Vibe Buds are a choice for your personal work out, or just sitting back and listening. I would highly recommend these dynamic buds.

Decent earbuds for the price range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received and ran these earbuds through their paces to see if the "deep bass" lived up to the statement on the packaging. First off, they paired automatically as long as you have the JBL app installed on your smartphone. That part is a breeze. Opened up some music and found that most modern pop and rock music sounded good to my ears. Jazz and classical weren't as "full" sounding as I'd hoped. Podcasts did well. I wasn't as thrilled with the use in phone calls, the sound was just ok and the person I was talking to could tell that I was on earbuds. Range was good, I could leave the phone oin the house and go into the back yard without interference. Once I turned the corner to the other side of the house, then the range went down and it was choppy. Not surprising as I only have 2 other sets of buds that can go through walls and have that sort of range so no marks against these at all for that. Overall, these buds are serviceable, sound decent, but aren't the first set I reach for. But for the price point that they are at, they do a great job and will serve anyone looking for good everyday use earbuds.

Distraction free, remarkably good sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the JBL Vibe buds provided a full sound that enhanced my music listening. Music sound was good with one or two buds in. I would say most of my use was for podcasts or movie watching. These buds allowed me to listen without outside distractions, which is why I wear them. If I need to be able to hear people, I will wear one bud. The fit in my ears was light feeing but secure, felt confident that they would not fall out, and are comfortable for hours of use. My preference is to use them when I need to clean or cook and need a wireless experience for listening to music/book/podcast or show. I like that either ear can be worn and not specific to either L/R ear. JBL Vibe buds felt like a great mix of quality sound, fit and comfort. Plus the charging box is compact and sturdy. My teenage son uses them and gave them a thumbs up for sound quality. I used to use only wired ear buds, but found that these gave me freedom to move without the cord limiting me. Also, I am a bit old school and like instructions for use - so I appreciate being able to go the website for easy to understand (with pictures) instructions for setup on Bluetooth, phone answering, charging, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my vibe buds! They are extremely comfortable, I even fell asleep while wearing them. They fit securely in my ear and I was able to take long distant walks without them falling out. The sound is incredible, crystal clear and they cancel outside noise. I have taken numerous calls with my vibe buds and the calls were clear and the people I talked to confirmed I sounded clear on their end as well. I appreciate that there is not a lid on the case so it’s easy to access my ear buds. Pairing my earbuds with my device was simple and they paired quickly within seconds. The battery life is incredible and I have used them for multiple hours for days and still didn’t need charged. When I did charger them it didn’t take long to charge up. Love these earbuds with one compliment no way to turn up the volume on the actual ear bud only volume up or down on device. I would recommend.

Crisp superb sound, excellent quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with JBL’s Vibe buds. First off, they are so easy to connect via Bluetooth. They just connect to your device upon picking the JBL vibe buds from the drop-down in your Bluetooth menu of your device. That’s all. They sound is off the charts. It’s so crisp and clear that they are truly superb. They come with different size tips so they fit perfectly in anyone’s ears. They are so light and comfortable, sometimes I forget I’m even wearing them. Unlike other pricier buds, they don’t fall out of your ears at all. The buds click inside the case for charging and the case holds charge itself after charging it up. The case holds charge for days and the buds stay charged for hours and hours. I use them everyday and in only charge the case once a week. Twice at the very most. The have ambient control so you can hear in the background if you need to. JBL has an app for easier use, ambient controls, an equalizer and more. I love the you can control volume and pause just by tapping your buds. The buds automatically pause if you take one out which is so awesome. You can also take phone calls thru your buds, which is also a big plus. The quality of JBL vibe buds is excellent. I’m sure the way I take care of things, but, even if you’re careless, these buds are gonna last you. Overall, I love everything about JBL vibe bugs and I highly recommend.
