hammock and stand don't seem to work together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very unhappy with the lack of compatibility of the hammock and stand. It was a gift for my daughter's birthday. She loved the colors of the hammock, but even at the highest setting, the hammock hits the bottom bar of the stand and ground. They do not seem compatible with one another. There is no way anyone could use the other height settings. Very disappointed!

Missing two small end caps for the curved pipe where the hammock hangs. Otherwise fully complete and very nice product.

The frame is lightweight and easy for one person to move around. The hammock is easy to take on and off. It’s comfortable for one or two laying long or sitting sideways as if in a chair and rocking. It even comes with a bag for transport. Definitely get it.
