[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s an ok product. The fire doesn’t look natural or real at all and looks very artificial. It also takes about 20 seconds to shut off the heat once you hit the off button. It does its job and I would call this a basic fireplace nothing too fancy.

Takes too long to put together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So my husband stopped trying to put this together. He said the instructions were not clear and he wasn’t going to sit for another hour putting the fire part together so all we have is the base. The thing is huge big enough for a 50 inch tv.
