The case lasted 6 weeks before it fell apart (literally began to fray) and I bought a non Samsung case. Great phone (S25 ultra). But can't recommend this case.

Falls Apart

I got the case in May, the side started to separate from the front of the case by September and have fully peeled apart by January. It is labeled a rugged case, it is anything but.

Outer shell not very thick and does not have grip. Phone slips out of your hands easily and doesn't fit properly. Top right corner of Phone keeps popping out of case. Contacted Samsung and sent pics as requested, no return reply. Would not recommend or buy again!

Case coming apart

This is a excellent case as far as protection is concerned. I've dropped my phone several times without any damage. The problem is the case has started to come apart. In reading the reviews, this seems to be a common problem with this case. It is difficult reaching Samsung to address this problem.

Coming apart

Case is coming apart just like the other reviewers. The rubber on the front is coming apart from the plastic. I contacted Samsung and they had me mail the case in to them. Now the phone would be unprotected for who knows how long, so instead I bought another case from elsewhere. Even if they replace it, it's too late since I already had to buy another.

The case is fine. It is the phone that has an issue, with intermittent lines crossing videos on Instagram. I have been watching Instagram videos for years on my other Samsung phones and never encountered this issue. Samsung ran a diagnostic and found nothing. Unhappy customer.

Gray not really black

It is a great case and I got the black one, really like the case but it is more of a dark gray rather than black so if you want a real black one I def would not go with this. Everything else was great about it though, seems pretty sturdy so far.
