It broke within weeks and they do not stand behind their product. I'm so disappointed.

I purchased an elevated planter from Best Choice Products. I was so excited to get it but, unfortunately, it broke within a few weeks (less than a month). The long panel cracked in half, the wood was so weak that the screws ripped out of the wood and two of the four casters broke off. It was completely destroyed despite being put together per instructions.
I took the wood to the recycling center and contacted Best Choice Products for a refund. They are unwilling to provide more than a 15% refund because I can't mail back the wood. I'm really disappointed, especially because they have numerous complaints about the same problems on the planter.
I'm really, really disappointed in the product but I'm even more so disappointed in the service. I'll never buy from BCP again.

Garden Beds

I was so excited to get my garden beds that I put all three together within 3 hours by myself. Once I got the hang of using my New Cordless Power Drill and the process it only took me 35 minutes to do the last one. The instructions were very good and easy to follow. Delivery and tracking updates were good. My family and friends love them and can't wait to see my garden. My son helped me stain them.

A big disappointment

I would have loved it but just 2 or 3 weeks of use and the wheels have fallen off! Actually broke the wood on two of the legs. I’m extremely disappointed.

Loved it at first...

The assembly was straightforward and it looked great. I was very happy with the product and filled it with soil and plants. First time I rolled it a few feet on a flat patio, the box and the base split and screws pulled right through the wood. During the time I was requesting a return/refund, the whole thing collapsed. I've spent 2 months so far dealing with customer service...ugh.
