Good buy great deal

The matress came quickly. Once opened there was a bit of a tea smell that dissipated. It expanded to its full size within hours. I am very happy with the feel size and comfort. I bought 2 queen. 1 for an extra room and the other a gift. Would buy again.

Very comfortable. Allows for very nice and comfortable sleeping. Doesn’t overheat the body as previous foam mattresses did. Very very good product especially for the price!!! Would recommend to everyone.

Good quality, but too firm

It's difficult to buy a mattress online but we were swayed by the glowing reviews of this mattress. It came in medium-plush and medium-firm. We would've preferred just "medium", but there were no reviews indicating that anyone thought medium-firm was too firm. We decided to go for that option and although we were pleased with the delivery, condition, and quality, it's just too firm for us. We're going to look into exchanging it for medium-plush.

It's FIRM!!!

It's hard. I had to add a mattress topper and it's perfect now, but ya... it's hard. otherwise everything was pretty good. It doesn't expand to the full 12 inches, but 11 is fine... unless you measure you can't really tell the difference. I just wish the reviews really reflected the firmness. Everyone talks about how soft it is... it's FIRM!

Two surgeries on my arm/shoulder 6 years ago has left me in increasing achiness in my shoulder that feels worse after a night’s sleep — even a good night’s sleep. I figured it was just something I would have to learn to live with. I have 3 other BCP mattresses in my guest rooms but that style wasn’t offered in a king so I took a chance on this mattress and am so glad I did. Waking up the first morning after sleeping on this mattress was the first morning in 6 years that my shoulder was pain free! Hallelujah! Purchasing this mattress was the best decision I’ve made in a while — and my husband agrees!
