Not bad, really

I bought four of these in 2018. Year five, two have failed and two are just fine. One can be refurbished but the other is too rotten. I did NO maintenance. I now know you should do some yearly inspection/maintenance. Be sure the posts are not sitting in wet soil. Check for good drainage; the black fabric protectors tend to hold water and the bottom will rot. Inspect the corners posts; they may start to separate. Watch out for any infestation of ANTS! Just installed three "double wides" and I will be keeping a close eye on these!!

Nice, Well Made Raised Planter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit arrived in good condition, packed well, and on time. The item was simple to build and fit together well. My only improvement advice would be to give each of the legs a separate identifier number. There is definitely a correct leg for each corner and the instructions, which are otherwise pretty good, don't make that clear enough. everything else went smoothly and the assembled unit looks nice and feels solid enough for the intended use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE my elevated garden bed! Easy to put together (be sure to follow directions or you'll be spending extra time to get it right). I have a small backyard, so this is the perfect size for my cucumber patch - keeps it manageable and easy to maintain. I want this to last many years, so I completed the assembly by staining/sealing it with Thompson's WaterSeal Waterproofing and Stain (same sealer used on decks).

All pieces of the planters

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All pieces of the planters arrived without any damage and hardware was correct. The second planter assembled easier than the first. Due to learning the tricks of assembly. Make sure you have final placement of the planters because they are extremely heavy once you put dirt and plants in. My wife is extremely pleased and she did the painting.

It’s a perfect size and

They were easy to put together except for the 4 bolts which went into a metal cam. I had to go to the hardware store to buy replacements bc they were uneven and did not screw it easily. I sealed it with a water sealant and hope it went last many years

I’d Buy It Again…

I’m going to paint it to match the siding outside. High enough where it should keep the rabbits away from my vegetables that I will plant in it.
