It took at least an hour to put this together with 2 people. The instructions were vague and confusing & we had to take apart several sections and redo once we figured out how it was supposed to go. A small area of wood did split, so I recommend not screwing the screws too far down We used a battery-powered screw driver, which is pretty necessary unless you want to spend another 30 minutes on this project. Overall, very satisfied, seems very durable.
We bought two of these planters in May and immediately assembled them and planted in them. They look fantastic, smell great, and came together fairly easily. The pieces all fit together and everything lined up. Well manufactured. However, after two months of using them, the front wood panel of one of them has split. It still holds the dirt, but is it supposed to do that? Will it hold up next summer? The other one is fine so far.
Great product. Easy to assemble. I suggest using a staple gun while installing the liner. Also, O am attempting a revision to allow roots to grow longer. See pictures.
