[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The parts were well identified. At times it was a bit confusing as to what to do, but worked out well. The finish and quality were excellent. The lock nuts on bolts took some figuring out how to align properly.

Nice product, but assembly was hard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, this garden has taken me awhile to assemble. It is not the easiest of them to put together. The instructions are very lacking. Then I could not get some of the screws to line up correctly. Customer service was super great and handled the problem. But I have still not finished assembling yet.
It looks like a good product once I have it together. I have the smaller one already, and that is why I purchased the larger one.

Almost great!

I purchased the larger model and was disappointed to realize this model does not come with a liner. I'll have to find alternative methods for protecting the wood. Also, one of the long panels was warped which, I believe, caused stress cracks when putting in the final screws. So, to protect the product, I will have to purchase lining materials, wood sealant and wood putty.

Not very sturdy

Within a week of putting it together, one of the long boards completely cracked...all the way through, all the way down the side. After having to go through having a complaint escalated for another product, I'm certain that I may give BCP one more chance and if that goes wrong, I will be done for good. Too bad, because I've loved the products and pricing.

The raised garden beds were

It was a little difficult to assemble but nothing we eventually weren't able to solve. It would have helped if the instructions warned that the two sections were complementary and not identical as I thought I had assembled them incorrectly on the first try.
