This mattress is ROCK HARD!

I bought two of these mattresses; a full size for my daughter and a queen for me. We’ve had these for about a week and both are absolutely rock hard! It’s so hard that I wake up each morning with my lower back killing me. I was hoping they’d soften but we’re a week in and still super hard and still have back pain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Obsessed with My New Mattress

I needed a mattress for my guest room and after much consideration, I decided to order this one. The mattress arrived super fast and the shipping was free. It was packaged very well and unpacking it was a breeze. I didn’t notice any chemical smell after removing the shrink wrap. It “inflated” quickly and I was able to sleep on it the same night. The feel of the mattress was everything I expected and more. Because of the gel, it slept very cool. The feel of the mattress itself is plush/soft but supportive. I love my new mattress and highly recommend it!
