Love this product it's everything that it was describe to be the layers are so soft and comfortable. The medium plush is an excellent choice for back issues and the service by best choice products is as always superb. It was delivered on time and easy to assemble/use

12in Medium-Plush Green Tea & Bamboo Charcoal Gel Memory Foam Mattress and there is nothing plush about it, it is very firm, bought a pillow topper to give it some softness to it.

Love this mattress! Firm but just soft enough. Very comfortable. It has a soft layer on top with firm underneath layers I highly recommend this mattress & price is great too!

We ordered this in hopes that it would be better than our old mattress as anyone would. It was easy to set up, has a nice cover to it and it didn’t knock us over with any overbearing toxic smells. The quality is good so far. As for the comfort level, it is quite stiff. We added a gel topper which definitely helped. It’s only been a few weeks, but we are liking it more daily. Ours was a king which we feel was a good deal for the price.

The mattress is to firm is not what I was looking for at all. I wish I could return it for full refund. I wake up every morning more tired than when I go to bed.
