[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these Ottomans to go with the seven piece patio set. Was very disappointed that initially the colors did not match at all. Now that the set has sat outside in the sun for a couple of weeks, everything actually matches. Strange, but true. I love that you can store things in them. I have a whole bunch of tiedown straps that we use to secure our umbrella on breezy days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided at the last minute to add this set of ottimans to match my 7 pc set to my order. I liked the idea to have somewhere to put my feet up and or use them as additional seating when needed. I put the 1st one together in a little over an hour with the included tools. I couldn't find my husband's set of hex bits for his impact driver. I highly suggest them if you have a lot of this stuff to put together! Second one barely took 30 min with it. The quality is nice. The storage isn't that useful since it's not water resistant, but I have the decorative pillows in one until I get a deck box. The other is a nice out of the way place to keep the grill cover. All in all a nice purchase, but a little pricey compared to the whole set for what they are, Handy to have though & I like them a lot. So does my dog Daisy as you can see!

I contacted Customer Service, text chatting with two different reps on two different days. I know several other companies that could learn a thing or two about CS from the two reps I spoke with. They were responsive and helpful. As for the actual product, I am VERY happy with these ottomans. They perfectly match the 3 piece chairs & table set in gray w/navy cushions I bought. My grandson said they were easy to assemble. They appear quite strong which means extra seating. Don't hesitate, purchase these ottomans.

Cushions faded after 2 months outside. Reached out SEVERAL times only to be told, we’re outside the window and they don’t offer replacement cushions. Maybe ALL your cushions for OUTDOOR furniture should be the same material and fade resistant like the sectionals. Very disappointing even at the price point. It should last more than 2 months
