I never heard of BCP before I needed a foot spa. The purchase ended up a saving grace for my achy feet. I was then reassured by the company's legitimacy, and ordered a mattress, which I needed like yesterday for our second home. The mattress is an amazing bargain. It is also of amazing quality. I initially ordered the medium-firm, which did not agree with my back, but working with the customer service, I was able to exchange it for the medium-plush, which offers perfect comfort.
You now have a customer for life, BCP. Thank you for your courtesy and prompt customer service!
I wish you guys carried bidets as I am now in the market for one.

Bought the mattress, it arrived on time, everything was as described in the listing. A little firmer than I expected but not a bad thing....i expected it to be nice, but not near as nice as it is.

This has turned out to be a very good purchase. The mattress inflated to its full size very quickly. It only had a mild chemical smell to it, barely noticeable, and it fully dissipated within a week. The mattress is very comfortable, althouth not as "plush" as I had hoped. I know that memory foam mattresses tend to feel firmer than regular mattresses, so that's why I ordered the "medium-plush" instead of "medium-firm" version. I've gotten used to it, but it took me a few days. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy it again.
