FALLING APART AFTER 1 MONTH...

At first glance, the garden bed is beautiful! The pieces arrived and the smell of cedar was pleasant and aromatic. My husband and I began to put the pieces together but had difficulty aligning the top sides of the main bed frame. I was alarmed that as we were drilling the pieces together, the wood seemed very thin and soft. When we got to the part attaching the frames for the lower shelf, the pre-drilled holes on the legs were not placed correctly. I had to drill the holes myself. The bed looked beautiful but after 1 month, the long front side of the bed is starting to separate and crack. This bed, although beautiful, is not able to withstand the weight of the soil and water, especially on heavier rainy days. We had a lot of rain the last week and this is when I noticed it is completely separating and cracking from the sides. Such a disappointment as it's the perfect size and my garden is in full bloom... I now have to look for another replacement.

Got it, put it together (seemed very light but sturdy), stained it, put soul and plants in, moved it a couple of feet a couple of days later, side practically fell out...the screws in the corner post had pulled through the soft wood on the sides. It is currently held together by a ratchet strap. I sent an email to customer service. A week later I sent another. .I got a reply that I can pack it up and ship it back for a replacement. REALLY? How about a replacement or refund or even partial refund.
