After a few trial and error runs, I have learned to adjust the times and temperature of the fryer for certain foods (sweet potato fries and plaintains) and they have come out deliciously!

I liked it so much I bought it twice. Unfortunately, I set my first one too close to the wall and it blew a fuse. Won’t do that again.
