It is easy to operate. Frozen 4oz hamburger 9 to 12 mins at 360, cinnamon rolls 340/9 mins, reheat Popeyes chicken tenders to stay crispy 400/3mins...it has worked like a little powerhouse and goes well with my other mini appliances. As seen in picture 2c, Mac 4c oil presto deep fryer, 3qt instant pot duo mini.
