Fan never comes on....

The fan has never turned on. I set it to 400° for 15 minutes and the heating element came on, but the fan never turned on. Not much of an air fryer if the fan never comes on.

This is my first air fryer, so my rating might be a little high.So far very good. First day I tried fried breaded pickles. Then I fried bratwurst. I was using fryer liners for both.

Exceeds expectations

I love my little air fryer. I resisted for a long time, but when I learned that it actually just a little convection oven, I decided to give it a try. This model was rated very high for ease of use and clean up on Consumer reports, and I have to agree. It has exceeded my expectations.
