This is a large piece of equipment but thankfully I have room for it.
The basket is easy to clean and I know to use silicone type tools for lifting and turning the food.

Regret my purchase.

The product was sold as new to me, however, there is grease on the booklet, and the cord wrap was off of the cord. The unit doesn’t have an off button that will shut it off without unplugging. I regret purchasing the product.
