Broke after 6 months

I have had this kettle for 6 months. It worked great and never rusted. However, I had the experience of at least one other reviewer where the kettle has stopped working entirely. It turns on, the heating light blinks, but it does not heat and eventually turns itself off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Good capacity, modern streamlined design, performs well. Great features for baby bottles warming and sterilizing.
Cons: No cons, just suggestions:
1. With electronic base size, it would be nice to include current water temperature indicator, in addition to preset temperature blinking when the water is heating up.
2. It would be nice to have some other than white color choices of plastic components.

I enjoy drinking coffee and tea, and it's functionally convenient to have adjustable brewing temperatures. The design is also sleek and beautiful.

Great Kettle

So far completely satisfied with the Kettle. Heats the water extremely fast within minutes. Gives multiple options for the temperature which i like. Love that the entire outside of the kettle is cool to the touch.
