Excited...then disappointed

The kettle came quickly and is a beautiful piece of kitchen hardware. Seemed very high quality and was excited to use it for the first time.
Got it set up in and ready to go, clicked it on for the first time and made a pot of tea.
Then I looked inside the kettle again...and this is the disappointed part. The stainless inside looks beautiful, but there is one part that is already rusting. Looks like it is the temp sensor or ???
Hopefully they will stand behind their product and we can get this resolved quickly.

This is a very nice looking and well made tea kettle. However, It is large and heavy and the open spout button is hard to push. SO, as an older, small, woman with arthritis, it was too difficult to use. The return process is not easy and they require you to pay the postage.

I found my everyday Kettle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a good quality kettle for my morning coffee making. I’ve tried a few and those were very lack luster. I was saw this one and was overjoyed with the look and fully stainless steel interior. Upon my first use, I was excited I found my kettle of choice. Heats up wonderfully and QUICKLY! I highly recommend this to anyone for their coffee making equipment or their everyday use.

Great at what it does

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased mainly as a water boiler. Happy it is all stainless steel inside of kettle including interior surface of lid, heat conductor, filter, and water basin. Effectively boils the water. Sometimes hard to tell if initially working as it is pretty quiet. Black plastic on base and top surface of lid shows smudges extremely easily, but kettle surface itself is a nice matte black.

Sleek and practical

Love the looking, a compliment on the counter, and the cool touch is absolutely amazing! (Considering how many times I burnt my fingers with the old kettle) If have to put a con, then it is slightly bigger than I expected.
