Terrible Quality and Value

After maybe 2 years of infrequent use, left side no longer charges properly (claims 100% charge then starts dropping by 3% every few seconds) and the right side is connected but without sound. Even when working, the maybe 2-3 hours of battery was laughable. Frankly atrocious for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All around awesome headphones, nice size , love that it comes with multiple sizes for the ear piece, more than the average of 1-2 other sizes. Have a nice sleek look to them as well, look of high quality. The sound is good, wish there was the slightest bit more base to it, but I can't complain!
These headphones are perfect for on the go, busy people. The Google assist is super helpful! On press of the exterior and I'm able to access my calender, call someone , look at my notifications and more. Work on the go , running errands with infant/kiddos this is the way to go.

Quantum TWS for the win!

Classic JBL Sound Quality!

These headphones have amazing sound for their size! Wireless USB-C dongle works great as well! It's nice that when I'm connected to my laptop via the dongle and someone calls my phone, the headphones will jump over to Bluetooth on my phone. However, it will not work the other way around. If connected to the dongle on my laptop and I make an outgoing call on my phone, the headset will not switch over to Bluetooth requiring me to take out the earbuds and put the phone up to my ear. The Ear Canal Test never works, which I can understand with the way my ears are, but from reading other reviews, I don't this test works very often no matter what type of ear.
As for the fit, my ear are the worst when it comes to earbuds. I have bought many different brand, sizes, and types and none of them would stay in my ears, including these! Very frustrating! So for these, I bought some memory foam tips to replace the ones that came with the earbuds along with some universal inner ear hooks. With these upgrades, I can run, do yard work and shake my head vigorously and the earbuds will remain in place! The noise cancelling is OK for this price range. The ambient sound control and talk through features are a nice touch.
Both the JBL mobile app and desktop app have great features that allow you to monitor the status of the earbuds and case as well as the ability to customize the EQ, Ambient sound control levels, and a few other features.
The only downside is the battery life is horrendous! This is the only reason I gave them 4 stars. I can get maybe 3 hours out them which sucks because I work long hours on the computer and like to listen to music to help establish the required pace of productivity.

Great price and high quality

I purchased JBL Quantum TWS Bluetooth buds in November 2023. I am so happy I mistakenly came across the buds in a Google search for quality Bluetooth buds. I am so amazed by the sound quality and features. In my opinion, JBL Quantum TWS is by far superior, and the icing on the cake is the sweet price of JBL Quantum TWS.

Easiest set up from any JBL headphones I've ever had, follow steps and they will guide you to the best sound experience. Extremely clear sound and deep bass, easy to adjust the level on the JBL application if you want to make them your own. Hands down the best bang for your buck for headphones.

you will want to wear them all the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Earbuds are solid. These fit and stay in the ear much better. put in and twist the bar to the down position and they stay. They need to fix the instruction booklet, It is totally useless because the print is too small and light grey which is totally unreadable. But its easy to figure out without it. Easy pair and connection. Various sound modes available with a tap on left ear bud. Pause on the right. Simple. Use and enjoy.
