The first unit I bought stopped working after a month. The second unit I bought the remote did not work but LG did send a replacement quickly. Every thing seems to be working well now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed the first unit in our pool house. Easy to follow installation instructions. Running great so far. Fairly quiet, just a slight rattle from the vertical louvers which I think I can dampen by adding a couple rubber bands on the inside of the deflector assembly. Purchased a second unit for my third garage bay/shop/man-cave. Working great, no rattles. Each unit cooling around 550 square feet. Easily able to maintain 77 degrees F with an outside heat index over 100F. Haven't tried the heaters yet.

This unit is amazing !! In hot Florida climate it provides 50 degree air out of the vents . Exceptionally quiet!! It keeps my insulated detached 1000 square foot garage 75 degrees with little effort. I keep it on energy savings mode. Highly recommended for keeping you cool or warm. The unit provides great heat as well.

Wonderful performance
