Security and convenience at the touch of your fingertips

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just recently installed our lock and it is a game changer. The instructions are very clear cut. I’m someone who struggles with forgetting my house key constantly so to have this option to just use a passcode has saved me so many times already. The lock seems very secure and we feel safe using it. We highly recommend this product!

I feel that it makes it more secure honestly 100 percent recommend. I love how it’s touchscreen.  and that he has sensors I honestly love this lock super amazing must have on all my doors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the coolest lock I've ever had! You can hook it up to your Internet and control the lock from anywhere you are. If you have pets at home and need someone to let them out then you can just unlock it from anywhere. Everything has worked as advertised! Installation wasn't too bad either although it is a little more to it then previous electronic locks I have used. Overall I highly recommend the alfred db2s smart lock.

Easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One thing I love about this smart lock is how easy it is to install on your door, you don’t need to hire someone to install it, you can do it on your free time by following the instructions. I installed it on my front door since three weeks ago and haven’t had any issue with the lock. I think it is great for people who is always loosing this house key.

Looks classy and easy to install!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Alfred DB2S Smart Lock is great for security and it is so easy to install. It gives me the ability to lock my door by both a code and a key and honestly feel more secure. The design is sleek and the bonus is the functionality and ease of use. It is highly compatible with my Apple phone and it took a few mins for the first time for my Bluetooth to connect with the lock but later on it is connects smoothly now. I would highly recommend this door lock to my family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation of this Alfred lock was easy. We did, however, use longer screws than the ones provided. The app is easy to use. I gave this four stars because sometimes we have issues with the keypad. This is common on these types of locks. This one comes with the key just in case you can’t open with the keypad. The lock is very sleek and elevates the front door. I do recommend this product.

Great Lock! With a few flaws

- App works well- paired very quickly with the lock and was self explanatory for how to program it
- Lots of options for locking, not only can you lock with the key pad, it comes with two keys (key hole is hidden behind the circle on the front), and also comes with two key fobs. You will never be getting locked out of your house with all these options
- It talks to you- when you open, close, and the lock the door it gives reassurance that it is locked and you know when ppl are exiting and entering.
- You can set customized codes for family and friends and turn off all code access while you are gone for a trip.
- App works well- paired very quickly with the lock and was self explanatory for how to program it

CONS
- Install- it took much longer than the time they stated, probably about an hour or more and we have a pretty standard front door
- It was not able to be installed correctly, so we ended up having to take out the rubber casing on the inside door panel in order to get the screw holes to line up. As mentioned we have a pretty standard door, so I am not sure what was going on here.
- although I had initial luck with pairing the app easily, in order to add additional users/codes that was not the case. I was never able to pair it with the app so I had to do it manually on the keypad. The product works well if you don't want to use the app but definitely an issue if the app experience isn't seamless.
