Great once installed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Influenster was so nice in sending me this product in exchange for my honest review! My husband was tasked to install this for our home, and he did have several frustrations with the install process:
1. There are two apps you will need for this product. One for the product itself and another for the installation. This isn’t a big deal but a little cumbersome to have to download two apps, when the install app could be uploaded to the main app.
2. There are two different screw colors with no explanation anywhere the reason or that that is the case. My husband figured it out, but adding that level of detail would have been appreciated.
3. There was a step listed as optional in the instructions, but without following that instruction, none of the following instructions would have allowed proper install. So it in fact was a mandatory step.

Once it was installed though, this is a beautiful lock solution! Our immediate family can be given the code and get into our home without having a key, and it auto locks the dead bolt after 60 seconds. If some improvements could be made to the install process and steps, this would be a 5 star product!

I did think I had locked myself out because I have it to auto lock 30 seconds after it’s unlocked. I went to check the mail and the door locked but then I remembered I have a code.

I’m very impressed with all the capabilities it’s able to do. Would definitely recommend anyone to purchase if you’re considering.

A great option for home security

Great smart lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart lock looks classy and high end but at an affordable price. I have installed many electronic and non electronic locks and this one wasn’t too complicated. This one is considered very easy to install if you follow the directions. Many people complained about the need to drill a bigger hole because they are lack of experience with electronic locks. They did not realize that most electronic locks require a bigger hole than the normal keyed deadbolt.
The touchscreen work very well. But I also like that it has a key just in case we need it. Overall very good lock. Convenient and looks great!
