Looks amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't wait to get this installed, it was a little too much for me to do on my own, so I have to wait for help to install this as we have to cut my door. But the options on this lock will definitely make me feel safer! I also like that I can get an RFID card to get in quicker also. This is also very sleek looking I like how hi-tech this is!

Difficult

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honest opinion, my husband is a handyman and the difficulties in installing and programming this lock was just too much. We both worked on it all day and at 7pm I told him thats enough and that I'll send it back.

As secure as it is sexy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this lock! It's a sleek, "smart" deadbolt lock with a responsive and user-friendly touchscreen. My family owns vacation/rental condos, and this is the most convenient and secure lock we've tried for allowing renters to enter. The backup keys are a must-have in case of any tech issues, but I haven't encountered any yet.
I also like the remote management feature through the app; I can control access from anywhere and deny entry if it's ever needed, for example if someone refuses to leave when their rental period is over. The RFID cards add an extra layer of security and a backup method for entry as well. Overall, it has been a reliable and versatile smart lock, and it looks darn fancy to boot. LOVE!

Obsessed with this lock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this lock! The black is very sleek and chic. It LOOKS high-end and functions great.
As someone who locks themselves out of the house A LOT it’s a huge relief having this lock because now I can always get in with a pin code! Love having the extra sense of security.
My husband was able to install this in one afternoon. Said that overall it was pretty easy to install. He really liked the BILT app because it has easy-to-follow step by step instructions.

Nice looking lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Alfred Home and Influenster in exchange for this review. I installed most of the locks at our house by myself, so I am not a professional locksmith. It took me over 2 hours to install and set up the app and the cards.The installation instruction was not easy to follow. It would be better if the pictures were more instructive and easier to follow. But other than that, the app was user friendly and card set up was easy.

Easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family loves this lock . It was super easy for my husband to install! I love that we can use our phones to unlock the door . My daughter gets home early she works graveyard and she can quickly use her iPhone to unlock our front door to get into our house. My husband and 1 use the provided key cards but we can use our phones as well. We can lock and unlock the door if we are not home and that’s a plus if one of the kids can’t remember the code or forgot the phone at home . I recommend this ! Looks great and easy to install ! Best lock ever
