Quick and Convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a a quick and convenient lock that allows you to open without keys. Just put a pin in or RFID card and bam you’re in. The only downside is I don’t believe this Alexa compatible. I like to have all my apps on Alexa as I can use one app instead of multiple. Good product!

This is Perfect!

Easy to install with responsive controls. App is intuitive and has many useful options for safety and ease of use for multiple family members, friends, or people you wish to provide temporary access.
It would be nice if the door sensor module came in the same black color as the deadbolt and after initial setup the app lost Bluetooth connection to the lock, but was restored after removing and reinstalling the battery.
Bonus is the voice notifications- it sounds like end of days if you fail to lock the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to other smart locks I’ve had, this one has been the most fancy looking lock. It was super easy to install. I like that I still have the option to use my key. Sometimes the most sophisticated electronics also fail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Smart Lock system by Alfred. My dog wanted to handle the install but she doesn’t have thumbs so too bad so sad. My un-handy self was able to self-install, although it probably took longer than someone with handy skills. I enjoy the WiFi and keyless aspect - so more jiggling my keychain to find the correct key!

This lock is well made and love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was really easy to install. I just had one issue with a screw (picture attached) that did not want to set correctly. Otherwise, this is very well made and enjoying locking and unlocking feature from phone, keypad, rfid and keys. Would definitely recommend.
