I like the RFID quick unlock , only wish it used WiFi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installing instructions were clear , and even had a 3D app and YouTube videos for easy guides. I like the RFID keycard quick card access. Product seems well built. My only complaints are that the door sensor does not work but that could be my own error in installation. My other complaint as that the app can only access the device through Bluetooth and not WiFi , so I can only access the device when I am home. Overall this product has potential but I would like to see future improvements regarding WiFi access and a more robust open door sensor.

Durable and easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really nice and easy to assemble. I had no trouble getting my old deadbolt switched out to this one. There is an option to add a third bolt up top if you want to screw another hole in your door, otherwise you can pressure screw it. It comes with two key cards and two sets of keys. The activation set up was super easy and the app helps a lot. Even setting up the pin was easy. Instructions were super clear and easy to understand. It’s really convenient for when my parents come to visit because I can give them their own pin to use. It self locks or manual locks. It also talks to you to let you know if the door is locked or unlocked. Overall a really good product.

Good quality smart lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got and installed our Alfred and we love it! Installation instructions were spot on and easy to follow. Set up was a breeze with the voice walk through. Really impressed with the quality of the hardware and over all build quality. We really like the little touches like the Alfred name on the strike plates and the slightly tapered end on the bolt. We also like the clarity of the voice on the lock. The lock works awesome and looks really nice. They've done an amazing job.
