The leather on the plastic that goes over your head sucks, started peeling off withing weeks, but otherwise a great product. Great sound, mic, and personalization options.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Software problems!

My headset was working great for the first year of owning it until the newest windows update. Can not seem to get any sound through the headset ever since. As for as I know JBL is not looking to fix this issue. Buyer beware!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve been on the fence for quite sometime regarding the JBL gaming headsets until I decided to grab the Q610’s.
I was surprised at the build quality and sturdiness of the build.
The microphone as well, it’s not studio quality but it definitely performs better than the average microphone that most standard handsets come with. Friends says they can hear me loud and clear.
And finally the sound, they didn’t disappoint! Whether it’s watching YouTube videos, listening to music, or playing FPS shooters; you won’t miss a beat with these babies. If you use this on PC and use their app. It allows for some awesome customization. Including toggling off the LED lights, raising microphone levels, or custom EQ’s.

Only reason why it’s not a 5 star is because the first few sessions of use the headset feels a bit too stiff. After a few sessions they’ve become quite comfortable!
