I bought a pair of these 2 years ago and have had nothing but problems with them, it’s aggravating because the sound quality is great no complaints on that but the charging of the actual earbuds themselves are trash, it’s either one is charging or the other never both and even then one of them is only going to charge to 5%. I’m not really sure why this happens I’ve taken great care of these and keep them clean but dang they aggravate me!

We're here to help with your JBL Tune Beam TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly.
