I have had my Dyson Airwrap for only a couple of weeks and can already tell the difference in my hair. I have struggled with frizzy and wavy hair, not knowing how to style it daily. Not only did my Dyson Airwrap take away my frizz, but it allows me to style my hair with exceptional technology. So happy I bought this product! HIGHLY recommend!!

I had it for 1 week and it broke. I called Dyson and they’re sending me a new one but I am upset to have had issues after only using it 2 times

This has been the worst purchasing experience. The product is so mediocre and overpriced for what it is. We have been trying to return it for days and they have approved our return yet haven’t sent us the return label. This has been ridiculous and I’m so irritated by this process. My experience with Dyson with this product has made me not want to ever buy any Dyson product again — at least not directly from them.

It stopped working after 3 days of using. It shuts off within 1 minute of using. The filter is clean. It’s being repaired as I right this. Hopefully they figure out what’s going on with it.

After wanting the Dyson air wrap for 3 years and finally pulling the trigger, I am so sad to say I am a bit disappointed honestly. I really wanted the air wrap to avoid heat damage and admired the technology of the Dyson that promises less heat damage. Sadly I am still having to use my flat iron daily to maintain or even fix the styling of the airwrap. For the huge price point, this simply is not worth it for me personally. I am so sad to say that as I have looked forward to having this tool for so long, this has just been my honest experience. I am very disappointed and really regret following the hype.
