The idea of Dyson hair styling is good in theory, but not good for 1. all types of hair, and the average person due to the lack of training on how to use it. The website’s videos are ridiculous. Women posing with the styler with different attachments with music going in the background. Come on! That’s not practical. I figured out how to turn everything on, and attach the attachments, that’s pretty intuitive. It’s actually how to get your hair to interact with the styling tool with every single different attachment. And what exactly are all the weird attachments for??? I hate that about Dyson. You’re overthinking the process here. It makes me sad because it is sooo expensive and disappointing at the same time. The his styler does not work on anyone who has thick textured hair. I have curly hair, I like to straighten my hair. I cannot accomplish it with this styler. Usually my hair has to be pulled taught while drying my hair. This device does not do that. The device is also designed to take a thin one inch strip of hair at a time. I would be working on my head of hair for four hours to accomplish the ai styling that you program on your phone. Not everybody has extra fine baby hair.
Again very disappointing.

This tool is a game changer! My hair dries in less than half the time and styling is so easy. No more sweating though a full blow dry and another round of heat damage with straighteners or curling irons. I should have bought this years ago!

I've been thinking about buying this for a few years now, but didn't want to pay the expensive price. Finally, I gave in, and wish I had bought it years ago. It's a game changer. Not only does my long, thick hair dry in minutes, but it looks smooth after every wash (as if I just had a professional blowout). I highly recommend this product!

I bought the Airwrap I.D styler a month ago and wanted to love it. I love the look of the tool, the idea that it will replace all my other hair tools and was less damaging to my hair. Unfortunately, my curls don’t hold and I have major amounts of frizz. I have watched several videos on how to use but this will be going back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
