I bought the airwrap about 3 weeks ago and I love it except I got a huge styling brush and I need a much smaller brush since I have short hair. Also the cool button doesn’t seem to cool! Could I exchange the big brush for a smaller one?

I won this in a contest and I'm so glad I didn't pay for this. It's constantly shutting off and no matter what I do, I can't get the results that it claims to make. It's such a disappointment and I had paid the actual price for this tool, I would be livid. I just don't see the big deal about this product at all.

I love my air wrap. Everything is perfect…. Except, I was under the impression that it would come with BOTH a lovely case AND a travel bag. I didn’t receive the travel bag. So, that’s why on 3 stars. Sorry

Bought this a couple weeks ago. I have long hair and the curls do not hold even with mouse and hairspray. It works okay. Dryer works good and roller brush is decent

on line it looks like the curling attachments work like a hot iron but in reality you just twist your hair around a piece of plastic that has narrow air flow slots. it does nothing I feel like I paid extra money for attachments that do nothing
