slow learning curve

I have thick hair and your tips didn't help at all. The videos don't really show how to trouble shoot.
I am still trying to use it and I have only had it for a few weeks. But it takes me 3 times longer to do my hair now. I a hoping this learning curve gets better. It would be the best solution when you travel because it is all in one. I'll keep trying

Sorry I purchased it!

The Dyson has been very disappointing. It is, at first, difficult to understand with no manual handy in the box, only online - very unhandy. There are so many attachments that it is daunting. I still haven’t mastered the curling iron, and it is the main reason for the purchase. The worst, however, is that the dryer is not very hot, and I have thick, natural curl. I wouldn’t recommend this product especially as the cost is significant, and it doesn’t answer my needs. Sorry I purchased it.

Save your money

I purchased a few weeks ago and am still getting a hang of the tool. The Bluetooth feature is completely irrelevant. The placement of buttons on the handle are inconvenient. I continuously accidentally turn down the fan/temp or off due to the placement. I would say that it is not worth the price
