The product, in itself is of great quality, ergonomic and not heavy. The reason I gave 2 stars is related to the overall technology and learning curve: - technology: according to the instructions you need to have the hair somewhat wet (20% wet: cold to the touch) but that didn't work for me. I shouldn't be pushed to wash or mist my hair, every time I want to use the tool: there should be a better methodology for that. Also, it needs to be in high speed and high temperature to work which can damage the hair in the long run. With today's technology, I'd expect Dyson to have developed a tool that is simple, straightforward to use (like the vaccuum cleaners) and does not require the use excessive heat, unless the user wants too. - learning curve: if it's your first time trying it, you will need to have few attempts to understand how the curl attachments work and when it changes phase, as it does not give you any warning that it's done and you can pull the tool from your hair. You have to count the seconds to do so I am a fan of Dyson products and that's the reason why I bought such an expensive tool. Was it worth paying that much? As this point, no, but I am still in the learning phase so, hopefully, it will get better

I love this device so much! I am not good with styling my hair but this has made it so easy. I have used every attachment and I am still learning how to use it to be honest. The curling barrels have been my favorite and using the curl I.D. has been a game changer. I can do my hair quickly and effortlessly and it looks amazing. My mom got the Dyson Airwrap for my birthday and it’s very good i would say that it does have some learning curve to it. But once you get a hold of it, you’ll be fine. It doesn’t damage hair, i have long hair and i think it’s a good tool if you’re looking for something that gives you the type of styling you want and doesn’t damage your hair, you should definitely go for it. The attachments fit perfectly into the tool. I love it.

I bought it about two weeks ago. My hair gets very static, these curling irons aren't permanent, they come off easily.

I am not impressed with this item at all. I will keep trying. I have very long hair and blow drying time wise it actually takes twice the amount of time it takes with regular hair dryers. I thought the hair will be smoother but it is the same. The curler works great and I love the curls. However, they truly last 15 min. 15 min later my hair is completely straight. Very disappointed.

I recently bought it and I would like to return because no matter hiw many times I try I cant get my hair to curl. Unfortunately, tymo is much better and barely 80 dollars. I had high expectations from Dyson.

I have never been able to style my very straight hair until I got this Dyson Airwrap id. I purchased additional dryers for my daughter and niece.
