I bought this a month ago and I'm in love with the Dyson ID. I'm 56 and never done alot with my hair. This is so easy with a little practice. I do believe Dyson could have better videos but I just went to YouTube. Again love it and people are like love your hair, plus it lasts days for me.

I like my new hair dryer, but haven’t mastered all the tools, especially the straightener and don’t find the video tutorials that helpful. May just be me, but it seems awkward to use. I also miss the shot of cold air by pushing the start button up. It is a bit quieter which I’m really glad about.

I bought this about one month ago. I have only used dryer and round brush attachments. I am pleased with them. The brush does not pull out or break my hair. I only gave four stars because I have not used curling attachments. Will update later.

I bought the Dyson straightener and loved it so much I bought the air wave. I’m sending airwave back. Product is excellent but airwave doesn’t work for really frizzy hair because it’s impossible to have flat hair at the roots. So even though the curl works the overall look doesn’t work. The Dyson group was really gracious in offering me an immediate return label and full refund. I highly recommend the blow dryer for really curly hair and air wave for straighter hair
