There is a definite learning curve to this device. I’m also not convinced the barrels work for my hair type, which is fine and naturally curly. I’d like a blowout / curling iron style, but the barrels create lots of frizzy flyaways so far.

I bought my Dyson hair styler during this Thanksgiving special. Of course, they were out of the free stuff so I didn't get any of that. One of the reasons that I ordered at the time. I can't say I'm really happy with it. After spending an hour downloading the app and trying it out I went back to my round brush and Dyson dryer. I love the dryer and really thought I would like the hairstyler. I haven't given up on it yet but it shouldn't be this difficult to style my shoulder length hair. So far, all it has done is blow it around. It isn't curling around the wand the way the video shows. I will update this after I spend a few more days trying to make it work.

This Dyson Airwrap ID is the best product! The different attachments are so helpful and all you need is just swap them to achieve what ever look you want! I also love that my hair feels healthier after each use.. it doesn’t give off that “burnt hair effect”!!

I was ambivalent about this purchase. I have many Dyson products, vacuums, fans, etc as well as a hair dryer. I somehow thought the air wrap would suit my needs. I FINALLY broke down and ordered it. Now I don’t know how I lived without it. No more frizz and crazy hair. On the plus side it is also very easy to handle.
