I don’t know if it’s just mine but I just got it and the very fist time I was using it the filter kept turning it off and I have to wait a while before I can use it again. It’s brand new and already have so many issues with the filter. It’s every time I use it and usually the first 5 minutes it happens. I bought a filter cleaner to see if it helps. I don’t know if it’s only mine that does that but it’s not a great thing to happen while you’re doing your hair.

Im happy with the product but I’ve used it on a few people and it doesn’t hold a curl on multiple hair textures I’ve tried unless I’m using some sort of hairspray. For the price my curls shouldn’t fall before I even finish my head.

This appliance is ENEMY to curly gray hair. I have tried to dry and "wrap" curl my hair three times. Now it is irreversibly damaged, coarse, frizzy and I was forced to cut it. Cannot be used to blow out and curl aged/gray curly hair. You will regret the purchase and pay the ultimate price in vanity: ruined hair.

I was sent a replacement for a 7 month old device that just stopped working!! You mailed me a replacement ( a new one supposedly) on January 9th!! I went to clean filter today & the cage is defective!! It is NOT MAGNETIC , it will not snap back into place! Also, does not to seem to blow.as hot as the one I had before!!! This company is using CHEAP materials to make these newer models!! I read it seems to be a known issue!!! I AM LIVID!!! AGAIN. I cannot use this overpriced device!!! I need a RESPONSE ASAP!!

The most amazing dryer and styling tool. My hair is extremely straight no volume, and since day one using the curling tool from Dyson was a game changer. The curls lasted more than 2 days when usually my hair didn’t hold curls for more than one hour. Trust me!

If you have thick hair, don’t even bother. Imagine spending an hour or more styling your damp hair, doing multiple slow passes with the attachments, only to get to the end and feel that your hair is still damp. To get the roll brush attachment to work (mostly dry and styled), the section needs to be small which is a doozy with a lot of hair. (I have also never figured out how to section hair with dry styled hair on the bottom and then needing to start a new section of wet hair on top of that, which gets the bottom part wet and undoes everything.) I have watched countless YouTube tutorials and read many Reddit threads on the actual coanda curler attachments, and no matter what they simply stink at sucking up my hair. I have to hold my hair on there like a regular curling iron but somehow this is worse because when I pull my hair off, it is still somehow not dry. I wish I could still return this as it is an absurdly expensive hairdryer which is likely all I will use it for.
