Good quality. There is a learning curve to know what works for your hair type. But once you have the routine, it makes doing my hair a lot more quickly. It also replaced several other tools

I have always wanted loose curls, but I have never been able to use a curling iron/rod well. The Dyson airwrap has made it so easy to do! I don't worry about burning myself or my hair. Super easy to do a touch up too if some of the curls come out with our rainy weather. I love the attachments and the need for only one unit. Took a little bit of practice, but the tutorials help a lot. Plus, if I want to be really lazy, I just connect the unit to my phone app. I couldn't be happier and have been telling all my friends about it.

Nothing you can’t get for way cheaper elsewhere

Time consuming not very practical. It’s too expensive for the quality of the product much like everything else Dyson sells and I have 2 of their vaccums and this hairdryer
