Kinda disappointed

I love the blowdryer and the curling attachments. The brush attachment does not fit well. It has to be forced into the connector. I’ve still yet to figure out the fly away attachment. All in all, I think it’s too much money for what it is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Drying power! Attachments can be improved.

I love the power of the dryer, however a some of the attachments can be improved. For example the round brush, the bristles should be a combination of different ones like other similar product's for a better result. Otherwise like the product.

I have long curly hair. However, on the days that I don’t shampoo it I use the air wrap. There’s definitely a learning curve. I also bought their hair prep product to apply to my hair to hold the curl better. It’s an expensive “toy" but I love the technology.

Doesn’t work on my hair

I can’t figure out how to get the curler to wrap my hair to curl. It won’t catch and I’ve tried it at different levels of dampness as well as less pieces of hair and angles. Nothing has worked and I’m so frustrated because I bought this specifically to curl my hair. The blow dryer works great. Just disappointed with the air wrap

If you have waist length hair

I bought this a month ago and I had been indecisive about it for at least three years my hair is down to my waist and I have an auto immune disease so drying it and taking care of my hair is literally painful so I took the plunge and decided to buy it the first day I had it. I realized that it was beautifully packaged and worth all the hype, but as I was using The Curling tooleven with little pieces of my hair, it made the noises, but there was no suction I thought that perhaps my hair was too long so I started doing smaller pieces and on and on until the air wrap curling function wasn’t working for me even though it didn’t work for me I gave it a three stars because the packaging was beautiful and my hair while using the other attachments did feel nice and it was much easier than buying six separate attachments, but for the cost and it not working on the first day, it made me too nervous to keep It I’m also giving it a three out of five because I’m not sure if it just wasn’t compatible with my hair Or that it was defective All in all, I returned it because if the first day I Receive my package and it Was losing function what was the point of getting the Dyson in the first place? I bought it specifically for the curling feature. Maybe it’s not strong enough to curl hair that long as I was doing months of research I thought I weigh out the pros and cons, but this might be something to consider when buying.

Lasting Style w/out the burning smell

I purchased this a month ago and I'm extrememly happy with this product. It took me a while to get the hang of how to get the wrap to work, but the tuturials through youtube helped me alot. Also, patience was key for me. I love how my hair feels after I use the device and the lasting style throughout the day. I researched the Dyson site for many months before I made the purchase and I do not regret it. It's worth the money.
