I bought this two years after my friend told me what she used. The price point scared me a bit. However I finally after years of hating how my hair looked after being curled LOVE how it looks now! It has taken a little to get used to all the tools the videos are good but not as clear on the how to as I would like. I have not mastered the app but I really love the tool and I get a ton of compliments on my hair.

I decided to upgrade from my last airwrap that I got a few years ago, I really liked the pretty color and I was intrigued by the bluetooth/ID features. Pros, I love the ID features where it saves your settings, I don't even have to count or think about moving the buttons to cool shot. I also really like the new attachments of the cone barrel & the larger round brush. Cons, a couple of the attachments like the round brush and the smoothing don't snap on and stay on like my old airwrap did. I do miss having the smaller round brush attachment for my bangs especially when they're freshly cut, they don't wrap around the bigger round attachment at all.

I like all of the attachments but one and is the curling iron that sometimes it take several tries to be able to work sometimes

Great performance! This is the best hairdryer and styler combo I've ever used. The attachments work just as shown in the ads and YouTube tutorials. It’s a bit heavy and loud, but that doesn't bother me at all—I can style my hair quickly and effortlessly. My hair looks good every time I use it, and the best part is, no special skills are needed.

I love it but if I had to change one thing, I'd skip the ID Bluetooth stuff and just get the model with a cool shot button. But I love the attachments and the overall functionality. Just not sure i like the ID stuff.
