Honestly, I really was hoping it would be a great buy but no. I have thick hair so I wouldn't recommend it. Not to mention the cost. It's not worth the whole hype. On top of that, the attachment kept on coming off. It literally was burth from the Dyson itself. You would think Dyson would have its own attachment not do that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not Worth the Price or Effort for a 2-Hour Look

I really wanted to love the Dyson Airwrap i.d., but after two weeks of daily practice, I’m disappointed. The initial results are gorgeous, but my waves consistently fall within two hours, which is very surprising considering my hair usually holds styles for up to two days. I followed every tutorial, used the recommended dampness levels (takes a couple of days to get this right), and watched countless videos to perfect my technique. For a premium tool, it’s much more time-consuming and less effective than my more affordable stylers. Unfortunately, it doesn't come close to justifying the high price tag.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought it a couple weeks ago and my girl really loves it. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the pain gets scratched really easily, even when taking goo care of the dryer. She bought a silicone cover to prevent further scratches.

The handle is very wide and long. I am 5'2" I have small hands, and short arms that are in regular proportion to my body. I found this blow dryer difficult to hold because of the girth of the handle and there are no hand grips or anything that would make it easier to grip. I also found it difficult to maneuver because of the length of the handle, it's very long making it very awkward to work in the back of your head or even on the side of your head.

I have a Dyson and so do my daughters. I don't like the case. It needs to be designed better. The spacing is off and isn't enough. I bought additional attachments and can barely fit what came in the box back in the box. The inside of the box is black and the products are dark too. There is no contrast, making the pieces hard to find. The lid on the case isn't great either. The lid should securely snap on and there should be some type of handle for carrying the whole product.

I just received my Dyson air wrap id and imagine how disappointed I was to know that the app isn’t available to download in my country. Why is that? I’m from the Caribbean and not all your customers will be from the US. So now I can’t use my Dyson to its full capacity. Do better.
