I'm very glad I ordered the Airwrap i.d. It's faster, easier, and gives better results than anything I've tried in the past. It takes some patience to get through the initial setup and to learn how to use it, but by the third time, it's easy. Setting the temperature and time preferences was easy.

Horrible product. The heat didn’t exceed 450 Fahrenheit. The blow out brush was a small barrel

Incredibly disappointed with the Dyson ID airwrap. During my first use the blow dryer stopped working after 2 mins. I had to return it because I was never able to fully use it. After a few weeks I received my replacement. I was hopeful as I was able to use the airwrap for a few weeks. I turned the power off on the airwrap and that was the last time I was able to use it as it would not turn back on. So having two airwrap within 30 days that both broke has led to my disappointment with Dyson. This should not happen for the price that I paid for the airwrap.

Expensive but worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sadly, the Dyson absolutely lives up to the hype. I have never been someone who styles my hair, it’s just too time consuming and complicated for me to do on the regular, but the airwrap genuinely makes it so easy. I love all the different attachments and that there’s really no heat damage so you can use it multiple times a week without worrying about the condition of your hair over time. Yes, it’s expensive, but considering how much a blowout costs, it would only take 10 appointments to make it worth it. Gifted by dysonhair.
I have tried the Dyson a few times now with different Dyson styling products and other and I find my hairstyle does not hold at all. It held best when not using any products and styling it when completely wet. It does dry your hair quickly when using the dryer. My hair is shiny immediately after use.

This is my second air wrap. First one lasted 7 years, I am helpless with hair tools but this is the best hair tool ever invented!! I have had long wavy hair and short wavy hair and it works great with both!! I get tons of compliments on my hair.
I regret purchasing. Technology too difficult to understand. None of the videos explain how to end with cool air to hold the curl. Also, 24 hours after ordering I saw the purchase price was $100.00 less than what I paid. Not a pleased customer.
