Shorted out and keeps popping

Was able to use once and then it started shorting out. Every time I try to use it there is a popping sound that comes from it. Super disappointed.

I’m new to the airwrap and I’moving it so far, I love that I’m not burning my hair (or neck) with a regular curling iron. The curls actually kept all day long, I don’t use hairspray products so I have been extremely impressed with my new airwrap!

Overall, I’m really pleased with my Dyson dryer; it’s powerful, lightweight, and cuts down on drying time. The only downside is that most of the attachments don’t work well with my hair texture, so I don’t get to take full advantage of all the features.

Because there’s no example or visual guide included, it takes trial and error to figure out what works. Some results are good—but I wasted a lot time and product because I used wrong settings or attachment combinations and the curl did not hold.
I found myself spending time hunting YouTube and Instagram tutorials to understand even the basics-not my favorite thing to do.
It’s an expensive device. Part of paying more is expecting better user support—detailed instructions, helpful guides, and clear matching of attachments to styles.
